2. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of service.
Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments and PayPal.
Clients are responsible for any processing fees charged by their payment provider. Rae’s Nest does not retain your full credit card information.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rae’s Nest reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide a safe and accessible work environment.
Be present or ensure authorized household members are present during scheduled sessions.
Communicate any health, safety, or scheduling concerns promptly.

5. Liability

Rae’s Nest carries general liability insurance through Next Insurance.
By booking services, you acknowledge that Rae’s Nest is not liable for:
- Accidental damage to belongings during normal organizing activities (reasonable care will always be taken).
- Injuries or accidents that occur on your premises outside of organizer’s direct actions.
- Outcomes that depend on client follow-through after sessions.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, text, photos, materials) is owned by Rae’s Nest and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

8. Updates
